It's not too big but the wide opening is wonderful. Very well made. Seems to avoid stains well.I had been using a large tote like purse for a long time & after struggling with carrying it around with my kids I felt like I needed to make the switch to a backpack like purse.First I ordered two knock offs of the Kanken style bags off of Amazon in both the ‘mini’ & ‘classic’ style.The mini was enough to hold the contents of my purse but with no room for anything extra. We like to carry water bottles & I wanted space for my iPad or their tablets. The mini couldn’t swing that.The classic size was much more spacious with more internal pockets, which I loved! But when I put it on it looked like I was just using a backpack & didn't give the casual look of a ‘backpack purse’.So I tried for a third time with this bag & it’s a winner! The mini was 8l capacity, the classic was 16l, & this is a nice middle of 10l. It’s perfect for my purse contents with extra space for a large water bottle & tablets! & when on, it’s still got a petite look about it that looks more like a purse backpack than a regular backpack.The material feels sturdy & durable. The inside has some pockets & a slip for a tablet to go in. I feel it looks true to the pictures in color & style & overall I am happy with my purchase.It makes a great purse/everyday bag. I love the mint green color and best of all it has pockets for days! Literally has a space for everything. If you don’t like rooting around in the bottom of your bag like a magician every time you need something this is the one you want. Fits a regular sized collapsible umbrella comfortably. It has like a pocket inside the main compartment that I use for my umbrella but can be used to hold a slim thermos or water bottle upright. It’s nicely structured, doesn’t feel floppy and soft like a kids book bag. I like it very much.So I’ve had a love hate relationship with backpacks. I’m a petite female and every single bag I purchase ends up being too gosh darn big or too gosh darn teeny. I almost gave up (not really but you know… it’s annoying) so I found this and hemmed and hawed and finally pulled the trigger. This little bag is GREAT! It fits everything including my sweatshirts (I dress in layers and it’s brrrrrr cold out right now), snacks, and my stuff for my Yoga classes. I’m amazed AND very pleased. I was worried that the bag would feel weighted down but it’s actually quite light feeling even when filled up. I’m very very happy with this little bag. Now sure, I could nit pick like maybe I wanted a different color or I wish the gray matched itself but no way, it’s great. I love it.So for comparison, I’m 5’0” and about 125 lbs with a petite frame. If you’re a shorty like me and you’re on the fence, get it! It’s amazing ❤️Ok so I really do lobe this bag, especially for its durability and size. I love the material. Feels very industrial. Like it won’t snag on sharp edges or on my nails or anything else. I will say that I am somewhat disappointed that it is not as light as the pink in the model pictures. It’s more like a rose/mauve/dusty pink. I wanted more of a bright baby pink like in the photo. It still is a cute bag and is perfect for work. I can stow away many things in it and it has so may pockets it’s crazy! I do wish the straps were thinner like in the smaller model, but I purchased this one for the size. Another issue I have with it are the zippers. Sometimes the zippers get stuck and won’t close. It’s not a huugggee deal but still it would be nice if they closed more smoothly. They will close nonetheless. Would I get it again. Yes, only if it was the right color. I was looking for a dupe for the Fjallraven Kranken backpack that is much more expensive and this was the closest I could find to it. I think it’s worth the purchase given the cost. Just a note to the company (Hot Style) I purchased this from...please use photos with items that are true to the color. I’m a fan of pink anyways so I didn’t mind, but perhaps another person would. Thanks. Other than that, I can’t complain:)Cute bag. Small, but can fit a lot. My only problem with it is the straps. They have straps that are used for packing so they are rough and feel like they cut into your skin.Keep in mind when buying this you should also buy some seatbelt covers too. I ended up buying some for it and now they one and only really big drawback was fixed.Also if you have trouble zipping it up just set it on a flat surface or pull down the tab parts while zipping. It took a bit to figure out but I got it.Update: 11/10/20:It's been almost a year and my backpack is still going strong. It's been to the beach, hiking in the hills and the rockies in light rain, on planes, shoved under seats. Still very stain resistant, shape is still holding and zippers are still functioning great. Everyone still gives me their stuff to hold during hikes. It hasn't let me down and that says a lot about the quality. I am not disappointed.Just received my doc style bag and I'm so excited to use it. I purchased to kind of replace my neat pack that's in the first two photos side by side with the doc style The neat pack is amazing but the one cross strap is hard on your back and shoulder when its a bit heavy. So, what i love about this is the padded shoulder straps, the quick access pocket that connects to the front if you need to grab something really quick. It's insulated somewhat like a lunch bag and the material is soft but apparently water resistant. It also has a pocket on the inside to store a small wallet which is a cool safety feature. The one thing i would change is maybe the side cup holder. My neat pack has an adjustable cup holder but this bag only fits up to a certain point. But other than that, i love the print and i can't wait to wear it for work, hiking, and beach trips and using as my carry on during traveling. Zippers seem sturdy. It is a mini but it's just as big as my neat pack but with a little less leeway for stretching. It does stand on its own which is cool and the straps are adjustable. I'll update when i test it out and if anything changes. Wish it was a bit cheaper because i want to buy all the different prints!!! But if it lasts long, then it will be worth it.organized, padded sleeveor Laptop Up To 14-inchThe title says "for Laptop Up To 14-inch" and description says "compatible with all 13 inches laptop".The title is incorrect. It does techinically fit a 14 inch laptop but the top of the laptop will be rubbing on the zip and if there's anything connected to the laptop (USB/security clips) then it won't fit.The zip was a bit awkward - not sure why its not just a standard style - also it lead to having a gap under the edge of the zips.The front zip doesn't lead to a pocket but instead in to the main bag oddly.Lovely colour (Polka) so it's a shame it wasn't suitable - did look sturdy otherwise for smaller laptops.Lots of pockets to store things. Handy little pocket to store your phone safely to avoid theft.Be aware that it has a rigid top - a metal band which helps you when it open to keep it open, but I found it meant it was difficult to close it when not placed on a surface to take the weight off the zips. Minor thing though.Ideal bag for hols. It is spacious,stands upright and holds a whole lot of stuff.
