It's appearance is fine, but it's not very roomy.Make it in more colors!As the title says, I really really really like this bag. It looks like a more expensive bag and I love the color. I got the gray and it's a very nice gray. Not too blue or brown, just a nice dark gray. I love how adaptable it is to using it in different modes. As a handle bag, a backpack or a shoulder bag. Everything is well made and the size is not too big and not too small. I did have to knock off one star for the following reasons which has me a bit disappointed.1. There is a slight chemical smell that I am hoping will go away in time. If not, that is a bit of an issue for me in that I have a very sensitive nose.2. The zipper got a little stuck in a spot and needed two hands to get it to slide better. On inspection I saw that there were a couple of longer threads from the seams that were catching on the zipper track. After cutting these down the zipper worked a lot better but not perfect. At this price though, I don't mind in that it will probably get smoother in time.3. But the biggest thing I am disappointed in are the side pockets. I have the latest iPhone 12 Pro Max and it hardly fits in there. Phones are only getting bigger and bigger so this need to be addressed. However, the biggest problem is that these side pockets have snaps on them. One would think this is a good idea and it could be, but for phones, sliding them in and out will scratch the phone like crazy! So I tried putting some scotch tape on the snaps but it wouldn't hold. I'm trying to find some other kind of soft thing I can adhere to the snap to cover them up. There is no other place that is handy to put a phone other than these side pockets. The back zipper compartment is too small.I am still keeping this bag because I just love it and will try a workaround for the few problems.Also, another nit-pick is that I dislike dark colored inside material. It's hard to see what is in the bag when it's dark. I prefer lighter colored inside material.Other than the nit-picks and having to do something about the snaps, this is a great bag and very classy looking.Cute bag, looks like the picture but a little bigger and heavier than I expected. I bought this in June and I used it for a couple of days but it feels more like a fall/winter bag so I'm going to put it up for a few months. It is big enough, but not too big. I can wear it multiple ways and I've gotten so many compliments on how it looks.This is a very cute bag. Everyone made a comment about it. It did not last long however. The straps came off the bag from the base (where they both connect via a small, threaded piece of material). It seems the threading was not strong enough to hold the bag. This was my experience with this bag.Seems very ‘sturdy’, and there are plenty of deep pockets, inside and out. The only downside would be the delivery. It took a long time because the first one got lost, but overall, I love the bag!Ma fille l'adore! Excellente qualité! Très solide!
