This is a beast. It is not like your normal machete. It is heavy and it’s meant for work. If you’re into Bushcraft, this is the blade for you. If you’re just needing a machete that’s light I would recommend the Kershaw Camp 10 which is a great tool as well, however it is made in China not like their other US made knives.This was obviously made for bush-crafters, military & professionals alike. Great product it will last you a lifetime. This is something you can pass down to generations. You can literally shave with this blade. Like all Exterma Ratio knives, it is a keeper and high recommend this.
