I love the design of the backpack but within 3 months (2) of the zipper straps fell/broke off & I had to put key rings to continue using it. A couple of months after that the zipper for the bigger compartment began to get stuck. The remaining zipper strap finally fell off & now I have to get rid of the backpack. I was trying my best not to trash it because I really do like it but it's of no use to me anymore. :(
