Update: Amazon was not of any assistance. However, I contacted Glove It, even though they’re not responsible for items sold on Amazon, agreed to consider my request for replacement. I submitted an email with a picture of the defect and my proof of purchase on Amazon and heard back from Shane within the hour with two options to replace the item since they no longer carried the exact item. ❤️❤️❤️ I couldn’t be happier with Shane at Glove It and they’re customer service. Big Fan!!Loved the bag it checked all my boxes as I wasn’t looking for a large bag. Unfortunately only 6 weeks and not a ton of usage it has already ripped and 11 days past the refund date. Frustrating!
